a finish and updated



The eclipse patterns from Scarab Jewels. I making it into a bookmark by putting felt on the back.


Getting closer just more hair and faces.




Beaded Christmas Cracker might had it done it was not for the eclipse project.

Other things village church having trouble with part of the pattern going try again later. There is always the kissing pillow tops. Plus a bead if forced project. Don't want to think about other started things. 

On the want to do list making plan on attending EGA 2018 national seminar just waiting to see the pictures of projects hope there is something I like to do. I will be going it just for Merchandise night.

This year projects UFO 3-7-16

I just doing UFO's this year. These I have chosen to do this year. I have many others but these made my list.




Ort box I might just assamble it not finish stitching. The orange fabric is the lining for the box.




Getting closer. Boarder not finish and a few more stripes left.



Need to put a backing on the pieces to make them stiff. 



Fringes need to be added.



Sew it together.



One almost done one square left. Three more blocks  to do.




Another project I want to finish this year. Head will be hard might need to get some help.




Part four of shepherd fold. First three part are stitch but not put together. Two more parts they should wait until next year.



This is Jesus manager need more straw also need the head. 

I think this is enough for this year because with Japanese Embroidery I need to do.

update 1-25-16


About done with decluttering and organizing but inventorying will be a slower process I need to find a good app that list the thread colors. There is talk on a Yahoo group about this topic. 



First finish of 2016, 3D Beadwork Christmas Nativity Ornament it 4 1/2 ins. high.

Now to start working on my UFO's. It is a old one. It from CrossStitch Sampler Christmas 1993. Why do magazine that are good are no longer being publish? Almost done with all the piece need to fill in the background on toy shop, outline and beads on toy shop. Bakery need to be outlined and beads. Then make them to stand up.

Stitching update Aug 7, 2015

I getting ready to start a new project a GCC "Keeping in Shape" from EGA. It is a off loom beading project. Will be using beads to make a large beads. The teacher used black and white. I will be using the beads I have so it will be colorful project.

new beading project

Why I doing this who know? Was it bugging me I did not have a beading project that I wanted to work on. So in honor of 4th of July the project below came to mind.


It took awhile to find it and came across two other patterns to chose from Sand to say the one above will not be started at this time because I don't have the beads needed to do this. The square are just two inches.



This is another one I found it have everything to start it not the one I going to do.



I pick this one. I have everything together in one container. So I going to start it I don't get side track.

Current projects


Finally did some stitching been awhile since I felt like doing detail work.




I gave in a bought this project Shepard's Fold It have several small projects that goes alone with it all goes in this box It did not goes in mine stash it in an installment plan 5 more parts. Had not work on linen for a few years it was hard to get started.




Easy needlepoint project using silk and ivory done in basket weave. I work on this when I want something require little thinking.



Bead it forward project this is for breast cancer I am adapting a pattern bought from Thread a Bead. I doing it in peyote stitch. There is four more square to be stitch.
