Update on life 5-10-14
Lost 6.6 lb. I like the Trim Healthy Mama (THM) way of eating. 230 lb. now. It about how you eat: no large amount of fats and carbs in the same meal. I also cut wheat from my diet.
Off mine blood pressure medicine Dr. approved.
Is it because I getting a better night sleep (sleep apnea can raised blood pressure).
Drinking green tea with stevia both can lower blood pressure.
Eating healthier, more berries.
