200th Post

I just realize that this is mine 200th post. Been blogging for two years and nine months. I look back to see what was mine first post was and it was a beaded square for breast cancer. I have completed another square a bird theme this year I have yet to take a picture. The square is at home and I am not. I started the blog to help to keep track of what I stitch. Will add picture when I get home. Bead and Button is doing the square this year.

Fall 2011

sake box 10-3-11

So close to being finish. Just need to transfer the design to the black background then the gold-work. I will wait until Nov. for class. I need help to remember the best way to transfers. What I have done before I did not like what I did because it was had to get the gold work to look right. I wish their was an easy way to do it or just paid someone to do transfer then I do the gold.

?? Stitching ??

What have I been stitching. Not much just some kissing pillows only thing that was easy. I thought about beading but. Just been home two weeks from seminar seem longer than that. Been a very busy two weeks on the go most day and too tired to stitch. Need to do a check on how stitching goal is going not very good I think. Hope to be able to work on Japanese Embroidery tomorrow have things set up ready to go. I am so unorganized. Where have mine energy went both physical and mental.

Lighting is not the best. It was a fun class I will do the tree branch the inside motifs I don't know yes.

Wed was a free day did some stitching. I think I like how the color are going together. Photo of needlework are not easy to take lighting is everything.

I just bought things related to the next two seminars, plus another pair of earring, beeswax, and needles.

Did not get much done today just more padding. She did several demonstration and talks so I listen instead of putting more tree roots down. Wed is a free day so I will organize my colors so I can get an idea what to do next have over 15 different metallics to chose from.

Naples - opportunity basket

This is a basket I fell in love with and lots of other have too. I have only put one ticket ($1) in the drawing do far. It all fit in this carry on case. I don't need it but I want it. If I win it which I won't I can say it was mine to win.

Naples - Stash one

Bought in Boutique Golden Needle. Now tonight is Merchandise Mania! only 35 different booths to shop at. Need to look over the list to see what they are selling so I know what booths to stop at. It is crazy before they open the doors with waiting in line so I will wait in my room if I can not find a place to sit.
