Still tried need to decide to where to hang these towels and center piece.

I made these in 1999 and 2000. Took two classes from Martha Schmidt. Pillows was for practice then the towels and centerpiece. Mine Mom made the pillow that one thing I miss about my Mom her ability to sew.

Breast Cancer don't like it

Hope this help mine anxiety.

My 350 post is not what I thought it would be about, but my first post was about beaded square for breast cancer so below is mine for 2014. 

Get a Mammogram they do find things early. So after 2 mammograms and a needle biopsy in a month time. I was diagnosed with a early form of breast cancer Stage 0, DCIS on Nov. 22, 2013. Saw breast surgeon on Dec 4, 2013. Lumpectomy is planned for Jan. 2, 2014 an outpatient procedure. Possibility no radiation treatment. 

 I am being treated a Barnes in St. Louis, MO at the Siteman Cancer Center.


Here is a square for the 2014 quilt. This was on my to do list before I found out. The Bead-It-Forward theme for 2014 is "Turn the tide on breast cancer," so squares should depict ocean/aquatic/beach motifs.

It Snowed

Back from 5 days of classes. Made some good progress. Need to get several things done before back to class in March at NAN.

Been a busy three months. Behind on pictures.

Went to Bead Fest took several classes. Did complete 2 I think but one need repairing the earring wire need fixing. Also bought kits more things to make.

Went to Celebration of Needlework Midwest one class and two events where you got 4 small projects from different teachers. So eight small project. Also bought more. I am working on one I bought a Nativity will post a picture soon.

I also went to EGA national took three classes which I had not work on yet. Also sign up for next year two classes. Merchandise night bought more project. Also a set of new laying tools.

What am I working of something for a 3-d snowman I made several years ago. Crochet a scarf and working on a hat. It was wearing if summer things and I did not want to put winter thing on so I am crocheting.

I am getting ready to leave For Japanese Embroidery class with Shay in November. 

All of these things to do it is getting bad what a person to do???? 

I adding something I forgot to list I have a GCC.

A wet and windy day. The field is planted in soybeans. Soybeans does not like to come up in the mud. Had 4.5 inches of rain over the past two days.
