Goals should I do them

I looking back at the goals I made for this year. What happened.


What did I get finish? I finish 12 beaded Christmas ornaments, one birth sampler, few crochet scarves for charity, beaded eggs and other new other new projects.


Sake Box still a work in progress. Need to get more done before I can start Pansy.


CC Temari Ball never got started but I did buy a DVD on how to make them and some pre wrap balls. The other CC course Humming Bird and Honeysuckles like the design but did not attempt to get started.


Embroidered Letters about finish one but had not work on them for a few months.


The others birth samplers four of them I need to figure out what I am going to stitch.


UFO are still UFO.


Should I make goals again?

12 Days of Christmas finished

They are finished. There is one problem one have came up missing. I don't know where it could be. I did them in order. I stop working on them at different times. I thought I keep the finish one all in one place. But something happened.

2010 Stitching Goal - September update

I am late posting mine goals this month. Last month goals work a little on Japanese Embroidery Sake Box. Ran out of time to assemble an ATC. Made one at seminar maybe another. Did not get name tag assemble. Design project for CyberStitchers finished some samples need to work more on instructions. Things are also most organize. Need to do more inventory.

2010 Goals for September


  1. Work on Traditional Japanese Embroidery Sake Box several hours a week.
  2. Inventory magazines.
  3. Finished two letters from Embroidered Letters by Gail Sirna.
  4. Do more beading.

I finish the logo it is going to be a part of mine name tag. The logo measure 2 5/8 by 3 1/2 inches.

2010 Stitching Goals August update

2010 Goals for August


  1. Work on Traditional Japanese Embroidery Sake Box several hours a week.
  2. At least one Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the EGA National Seminar in September the first part I just need to assemble should do more.
  3. Work on a design idea for CyberStitchers I have several charted just need to write instructions.
  4. Working on a name tag for seminar over half way done.
  5. Get stitching area organized every thing in the right place maybe not a detail inventory of everything but I still hoping.

2010 Stitching Goals July update

2010 Goals for July


  1. Work on Traditional Japanese Embroidery Sake Box several hours a week.
  2. At least one Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the EGA National Seminar in September.
  3. Beaded logo for EGA National Seminar.
  4. Work on a design idea for CyberStitchers.
  5. I will try to keep it at four things above have other things needed to be done but they will have to wait.
  6. I did FINISHED something for one of mine niece.

Sake box 6-24-10


This is day three of a five day class. I made a tassel today in class. Enjoying the class when I am not taking something out.
The class is being held in Troy, MI at an hotel. It is an all day class. It is nice because we can leave our stuff out the whole time we are there and stitch before and after class. It is a nice group.

It have been ship and on it way to class. I be heading to class Monday and then five days of learning. Should take a picture of the box that I need to use for shipping the portfolio that hold the pictures and supplies and the stand that hold the picture.

Sake box 6-10-10


What is different? All the holding stitches are done. Now on to work with gold on the Sake Box. Less than a week left to do more stitching before shipping the piece to class. Don't want to fly with the piece.

Goals for Stitching in 2010 - June update



Japanese Embroidery Sake Box hope to finish this year.


I been stitching on the piece.


Japanese Embroidery start Pansy in June.


I will be waiting until fall if I have a good summer of stitching it not spring?


Twelve Days of Christmas beaded ornaments by Amy Loh-Kupser.


Working on the sixth. If I get these done early can I start another beading project I have one in mind been holding off of buying the pattern.


Japanese Temari Basics for Beginners EGA CC.


I will not be doing this project just have others project that need to be done first.


I have two small birth samplers for great nieces to do plus more that will be born this year, greats come fast.


I have almost finish the first one just a few more detail to do then on to the next have an idea for the project.

Looking forward to the class or it is just seeing others CyberStitchers and other I just see at seminar.

Sake box 4-28-10


I back stitching on Sake Box. Have it been over five months (did I count that right or has it just been four months) since I stitch on the piece where did the time go. I put it up before Thanksgiving (since we was have a house full of family could not leave out) then one thing led to another and another and another. Finally everything work out right that I was able to set things up and I even stitch some this morning. Hope I will be able to stitch on the piece more in the coming months. Need to get more done before class with Shay in June.

Japanese Embroidery Sake Box I did stitch on it some.


Twelve Days of Christmas beaded ornaments by Amy Loh-Kupser. Finished one almost done with second one.


Japanese Temari Basics for Beginners EGA CC have book going to do don’t know.

UFO - CyberPointers 2009 President Project Carnival found the instructions and only behind two squares behind no stitching yet.

Ort Box ANG did some stitching on the project thinking about changing pattern so there will be less stitching.

I hope I will not add no more than two projects there is always something that come along. So I did vote for Hummingbird & Honeysuckle EGA CC In CyberStitchers poll don’t know it will get enough votes. If it don’t make it pick another??

I would have more stitching done the past month but I have not been felling mine best.
